Our Introduction to VEJA

In Portuguese VEJA means "look". In the brand's mind it means to "look" beyond your sneakers to see the good the company is doing - for the earth and small economies. The VEJA brand stands for environmental and human integrity.
We first learned about these fashionable sneakers when Myra starting living in London, England. She saw everyone wearing them and had to immediately go try on a pair. She loved the style and the signature V on the distal lateral side of the shoe (sorry, just my anatomical humour coming through)! She fell in love with her VEJAs and told me that she would bring a pair back from London for me. I received my VEGAs as a birthday gift, and my sister then brought my brother a pair of VEJA sneakers on her next trip home!
Myra's shoes are black and white and mine are bright coral with a navy backing.
We love our VEJA shoes! They are comfortable, stylish, and allow for our personalities to shine through.
